The vessel is designed as a passenger RO/RO ferry which can carry passengers, ro-ro vehicles and container trailers. The ship is intended for the transportation of passengers and cargo for unrestricted service and will be engaged primarily in the comprehensive supply for the Xisha, Nansha and Zhongsha islands belonging to the city of Sansha.
