The vesse is a single screw dual fuel diesel engine driven deck carrier suitable for carry 45’ LNG container on deck from Malaysia to China.

The two purpose built transloaders were built to unload capesize bulk carriers in deep water and deliver the cargo to Nghi Son 2 Power Limited Liability Company (NS2PC)'s shallow water terminal in the north of Vietnam at Nghi Son. They transport and transship about 4 million tonnes per annum and the system is designed to deliver about 100 million tonnes of cargo to NS2PC over 25 years.

The main hull structure of Fan Zhou 10 utilizes the existing sections of the original 15,700DWT oil tanker. The vessel is propelled by twin fixed pitch propeller direct driven by two second-hand low-speed diesel engines. It makes the design is difficult. We try our best to maximize material utilization and loading capacity and saved a lot of costs for owner.
