The main hull structure of Fan Zhou 10 utilizes the existing sections of the original 15,700DWT oil tanker. The vessel is propelled by twin fixed pitch propeller direct driven by two second-hand low-speed diesel engines. It makes the design is difficult. We try our best to maximize material utilization and loading capacity and saved a lot of costs for owner.

The "M/V Pacific Reefer" and "M/V Atlantic Reefer" were originally reefer vessels with four cargo holds. The cargo holds mainly load fruit juices and could not load containers except deck and hatch covers. The conversion has added two open-top cargo holds suitable for loading 40ft reefer containers which can increase the space for 124FEU reefer containers.
